Return & Refund Policy

Blue Elephant Gems offer you an exclusive 07 day Money-Back Guarantee for the gemstones you purchase from us. To avail this offer, the product need to be returned to us within 07 days from the date of receipt by the customer and the same is subject to the following conditions.

The product should be sent back to us in original condition along with the gemstone certificate. No refund will be made if the product has been scratched, chipped, fractured, treated and/or altered in any manner. The refund will be made after deducting the shipping charges, payment gateway charges and bank transaction charges. Further, the refund will be made only after the product has been received by Blue Elephant Gems as per the requirements set out above.

The customer should bear shipping charges, taxes, duty, levy or any fee payable in the country of the customer.

Procedure for Return

If you wish to return an item please inform the same Blue Elephant Gems immediately via email (blueelephantgems@gmail.com) for return address and instructions. You should return in the item with  same packing and condition within seven (07) day period. (Returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of the date you received the items). Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds will be made within 5 days upon receipt of item.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via e mail will not be accepted.

Please note that, shipping & insurance fees are not refundable. All returned merchandise must be sent by registered mail only (no FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc..).  Appropriate return packaging and registered mail fees should be borne by the customer returning the item(s). We will insure all returned items at our own expense.  All sales are final and cannot be returned  after 7 days of the receipt of item(s) by the buyer. 

If you decided that you do not want the item after it has been shipped but before it arrives, Please Do Not Refuse Postal Delivery. All Items must be returned to us only by registered mail we must insure these items using the registered mail receipt number. If the merchandise is refused you will be liable for the full value of the item or items if lost and all brokerage charges and duty incurred upon its return.

Shipping and Insurance are Not refundable.
